Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Posting (the "Service"), a web application that helps creators send video drafts to their TikTok inbox. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Posting does

Posting connects to your TikTok account through TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. When you choose a video and submit it, Posting uploads that video to your TikTok inbox as a draft. Posting does not publish videos automatically. You review, edit, and publish drafts in the TikTok app.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, and have a valid TikTok account. You authorize Posting to access your TikTok account through the permissions you approve on TikTok's authorization screen. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs through it.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the videos you upload. You grant Posting a limited, temporary license to store and transmit your video solely to send it to TikTok as a draft. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you upload, and that the content complies with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• upload illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or spam content;
• violate TikTok's terms, community guidelines, or API policies;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions;
• interfere with the Service or use it to harm other people or systems.

5. TikTok services

The Service uses TikTok's official APIs. Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok's own terms and policies. Posting is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

6. Availability and termination

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, including for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posting disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that TikTok will accept any particular video.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of content, profits, data, or account access, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
